What is your renewal policy?

Upon purchase of any one subscription, the automatic renewal feature is turned on. Your subscription will automatically renew at the price specified at the time of purchase until you notify us of your decision to terminate your membership. 

We will send a renewal reminder 45 days prior to your renewal date, and then again at 20 days prior to your renewal date, you will also receive a confirmation email.

We provide a 30-day membership-fee back guarantee after your subscription has renewed.

If you wish to disable the automatic renewal feature on your account, please send an email to membersupport@fool.ca and one of our representatives will take care of that for you.
