What is your cancellation/refund policy ?

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing membersupport@fool.ca

Entry-Level Services 

If you subscribe to one of our newsletter services and you cancel your subscription within 30 days of purchase or renewal, you will receive a full refund of your membership fee for the applicable term. 

After this 30-day period, all membership fees are non-refundable and your subscription will expire naturally at the end of your current subscription period.

Bundle Services/Portfolio Services

If you subscribe to one of our bundle or portfolio services, please note, that these services are sold as non-refundable. However, some of our services provide the option to transfer your purchase price credit towards a different Motley Fool Canada portfolio service. Depending on the terms of your purchase, you may be allowed to transfer the full or pro-rated credit from your purchase. Most services eligible for a credit transfer will allow a transfer within 30 days of the initial purchase. There are services that do not allow for credit transfers of any kind.
