If you see a TMF*MOTLEY FOOL CANADA charge on your credit card, it indicates that you have recently become a member, or have renewed your membership for one of The Motley Fool’s premium services.
We send a renewal reminder 45 days prior to your renewal date, and then again at 20 days prior to your renewal date, you will also receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been renewed.
If your renewal was within the last 30-days and you do not wish to continue with your service, please send a cancellation request to membersupport@fool.ca and one of our representatives will refund your renewal fee.
If 30 days have already passed, your subscription is non-refundable. You may request that the automatic renewal feature is disabled on your account so that your subscription will expire naturally at the end of your current subscription period.
